LaptopParts360.com resells and distributes new, used, and recycled products and
claims no association to any manufacturer. All product markings applied by
LaptopParts360.com are for identification purposes and are not used to
indicate product origin. Where appropriate, products are marked with a
serial number sticker and warranty on such products is void if this sticker
is removed or tampered with.
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold LaptopParts360.com harmless from and
against any and all claims, damages, expenses or loss LaptopParts360.com
suffer as a result of unauthorized warranties and/or representations as to
origin made by purchaser in connection with the resale of this product.
LaptopParts360.com warranties all products to the terms specified on the
front of each invoice, and should product not meet any such warranty,
LaptopParts360.com will issue a credit or replace the product. All
products are warranted for 6 months unless otherwise noted.
The limited warranty provided by LaptopParts360.com covers normal use.
Its does not supercede or extend the Original Electronic Manufacturer
(OEM) warranty, when applicable.
It does not apply to
- defects resulting from improper or in adequate installation, use or maintenance;
- actions or modifications by unauthorized third parties or the Purchaser;
- accidental or willful damage; or
- normal wear and tear.
Disclaimer Of Warranties: Limitation Of Liability
Except for the warranties expressed, LaptopParts360.com disclaims all other
warranties, either express or implied,including implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those
warranties implied by and incapable of exclusion, instruction or
modification under applicable law. The term of any implied warranties
that cannot be disclaimed are limited to the applicable term of this
warranty agreement. the maximum liability of tema excess is limited to
the purchase price you paid for products.
LaptopParts360.com is not liable to you if it is unable to perform due
to events it is not able to control, such as acts of god. LaptopParts360.com
shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, loss of use,
interruption of business, lost profits, lost data or other consequential,
punitive or spcial damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty,
contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, other
than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction
under applicable law.
This agreement gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. some
jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Payment Terms And Taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, insurance, handling and taxes.
All NJ state residents are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your
order unless you can provide a tax exemption certificate. Prices and configurations
are subject to change without any due notice. All Payment is due upon placing
your order.
General
LaptopParts360.com is not responsible for typographical errors. This includes both
advertising and the entirety of LaptopParts360.com
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LaptopParts360.com and the
Purchaser and all claims and disputes in connection with the sale of products
hereunder shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Purchaser agrees that all rights and obligations of the parties hereunder,
including performance, enforcement and collection shall be governed in accordance
with the laws and in the State of New Jersey. In the event that it becomes
necessary to incur any expense for collection of sums due under this agreement,
attorney's fees, court costs and any other collection expenses will be added to
the balance due. All unpaid balances shall accrue interest at the rate of one and
a half (1.5) percent per month in addition to attorney's fees, court costs and
other collection expenses. There will be no further notices of the above.
Sales Tax
Orders billed by LaptopParts360.com will include sales tax on all shipments to
New Jersey. For orders billed directly by one of our vendors, please review the
product description page for the appropriate states that sales tax will be charged.
LaptopParts360.com accepts New Jersey State reseller certificates only if they are
submitted prior to purchase. To submit your Reseller Certificate for tax-exempt
status, you must fax your reseller's license to LaptopParts360.com at 732-603-0010,
Attention: Resellers Permit. We will update our system within 24 hours of receipt
to ensure that your future orders are not taxed;

Your credit card and personal information is safe with LaptopParts360.com.
We respect and protect your privacy. We have designed LaptopParts360.com so that
no personal information is accessible or displayed online to the general public
via our e-mail or web site.
- Shipping

Please Note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only
during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available for Sunday
delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
The standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
If the shipping address is a PO Box or APO/AE it will be sent by USPS
We have 4 modes of shipping for orders whose shipping destination is within
the Continental US:
- * Standard Ground Shipping - $9 + $5 for each additional item (2 to 6 business days). Orders must be received by 3 PM EST (in stock items only)
- * 2 Day Air Shipping - $25 + $5 for each additional item (2 business days). Orders must be received by 3 PM EST (in stock items only)
- * Next Day Air Shipping - $35 + $5 for each additional item (next business day). Orders must be received by 3 PM EST (in stock items only)
- * Saturday Delivery Shipping - $45 + $10 for each additional item. Orders must be received by 2 PM EST Friday (in stock items only)
For shipments to HI, AK and PR select 2 Day Air shipping since there is no Ground
service available in these states. All shipping days are business days and do not
include holidays and weekends.
- * International Shipping (for all destinations outside the US) - $40 + $10 for each additional item (by International Mail)
NOTE: Insurance is optional at $5 per shipment.
Shipping And Title
The purchaser pays freight and shipping. LaptopParts360.com will arrange to ship
products to you at an address you designate. Title to and risk of loss of the
products passes to you when LaptopParts360.com delivers them to the shipper, as
allowed under item 2303 of the Uniform Commercial Code and corresponding state
laws. All freight, insurance, and other related charges are the responsibility
of the purchaser. Purchaser shall be responsible for promptly advising
LaptopParts360.com of any loss and for filing a claim for recovery of any loss
during transit.
- Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction. Within the warranty period, items can be
returned for replacement or repair or if the item is not in stock a store credit
will be issued, once a Returned Materials Authorization ("RMA") has been obtained.
Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the date of the invoice
(shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable)
RMA Information
- Any shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt. You may do this by phone or on our website.
- For all returns you will need to contact us to request an authorization number. Be advised that numbers and specific RMA information are issued by email only. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be accepted.
- Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA request: order number, the name the order was placed under, item number, and the nature of the problem.
- All returns must be shipped back in the original packaging material and box. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
- If you wish to return merchandise, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To get a refund for any reason, an RMA number must be obtained within 10 days from the ship date. We reserve the right to test the product and confirm the defectiveness or incorrectness before issuing a refund or exchange. All items must be 100% complete to be accepted for RMA. A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all items returned sealed (not opened.) A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all opened items. After the 10-day period has expired, a new RMA number will need to be obtained.
- All returns must include any cables, driver disks or any other accessories provided with the order unless otherwise authorized.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped C.O.D. will be refused.
- Remember to take note of your RMA number. You will need it as a reference. Replacements can be shipped two ways:
- You can request an advance replacement charged to your credit card that will ship right away.
- You can wait for your item to come back before we ship your replacement.
- Refunds and credits are available only after the return has been received, tested and verified for authenticity.
- Manufacturers warranty is assumed void unless otherwise stated on your invoice. The LaptopParts360.com warranty will be voided at any time if the products are not returned in their original condition as sold, matching the specifications and serial numbers for all components contained therein. Non-conforming materials will be returned to the Shipper, Collect.
